Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking a proactive Lead Installation Engineer to spearhead installation projects. You will manage a team of technicians, drive planning, execution, and completion with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years experience in installation engineering (2+ in a lead role), and strong leadership and stakeholder skills. You will mentor staff and liaise with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years in installation engineering with 2+ years in lead role.
Proven ability to manage complex installation projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of industry standards in North West province.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide installation teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
Oversee the entire installation lifecycle from initial planning to final handover.
Conduct technical assessments, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and new technologies.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for all installation activities in Rustenburg.
