Qualifications

• Extensive experience in installation engineering, project management, or a technical leadership role.
• Ability to manage complex installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation process for complex equipment and systems.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections, supervision, and quality assurance checks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation phases.
• Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and client specs.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and installation technicians on sites.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of installed systems.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
