Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee major infrastructure initiatives in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This role focuses on delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

You will manage all project phases from inception to completion, lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and government bodies, and ensure risk, approvals and reporting are handled effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and forecasting for all assigned projects.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Liaise with clients, government bodies and external stakeholders to align expectations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
