Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree is essential; Master's and Pr.Eng or similar certification advantageous.
• Proven experience with roads, bridges, water systems or public utilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and the public.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Champion innovative solutions and best practices in infrastructure project management.
