Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of critical infrastructure projects in Randburg, Gauteng. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in site management for infrastructure, with proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities, and holds a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years progressive site management experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities including trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
