Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and CAD software.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional registration (Pr.Eng, Pr.CM) advantageous.
• Experience coordinating with government bodies and community groups.
• Adaptability to changing demands and challenges.

Responsibilities
