Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure and property development initiatives in Centurion, Gauteng. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage complex projects from inception through handover, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement with investors and government bodies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale infrastructure or property development.
• Proven budget experience above R50 million.
• Hybrid work model with on-site supervision in Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure development projects from concept to handover.
• Develop detailed plans including scope, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Coordinate site surveys, permitting, environmental/regulatory approvals.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, consultants.
• Track progress against milestones and mitigate risks promptly.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance throughout.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-control measures.
• Serve as primary contact for investors, regulators and communities.
