You will manage end-to-end delivery, from planning and design through construction and commissioning, collaborating with engineers, contractors, government bodies, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management for infrastructure or construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with hybrid or on-site project environments.
• Professional certification (e.g., Pr. Eng, PMP) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design to construction, testing, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement, including regular progress reporting to senior management and relevant authorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes for materials and services.
• Conduct site visits and progress inspections to monitor project execution and quality.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and record-keeping.
