Responsibilities

• Lead multiple infrastructure projects ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and WBS.
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and regulators.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, and resource allocation.
