You will oversee planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement from inception to handover, ensuring budget, scope, and quality targets are met.

The role requires 8+ years in project management with major infrastructure exposure, a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management, and PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for infrastructure development projects.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
