Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects in the Richards Bay region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning through commissioning, balancing time, budget, and quality while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with infrastructure or civil engineering focus.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of infrastructure development, construction methods, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.
• PMP or an engineering/construction management degree.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership in Richards Bay.
