You will be instrumental in driving project success from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focusing on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding R50 million.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Experience in risk assessment and management, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Free State region as needed.
