Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in information security, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead and manage the information security team, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
• Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs.
• Manage security incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual security requirements.
