Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in industrial engineering with a focus on food and beverage manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification preferred.
• Experience with process simulation and statistical analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication, capable of cross-functional influence and project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize all stages of food and beverage production from raw materials to packaging.
• Design and implement process improvements to raise throughput and reduce waste.
• Use SPC and quality tools to maintain process control and product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and detailed process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000) and health and safety regulations.
• Manage projects such as equipment upgrades and new line installations.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products for production.
• Mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for production enhancement.
