Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in industrial engineering with a focus on food and beverage manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification preferred.
• Experience with process simulation and statistical analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication, capable of cross-functional influence and project management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and optimize all stages of food and beverage production from raw materials to packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize all aspects of the food and beverage production process, from raw material handling to finished product packaging.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and maintain process consistency and product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying root causes of production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Ensure all processes comply with stringent food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000) and health and safety standards.
• Manage engineering projects, including equipment upgrades, facility modifications, and new line installations.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products into production.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (certification preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience with process simulation, statistical analysis, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process design software and CAD is a plus.
