Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of industrial engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Black Belt in Six Sigma preferred; Lean manufacturing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers.
- Develop strategic plans to improve manufacturing processes and throughput.
- Oversee new production layouts and workflows.
- Champion lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to align operational goals.
- Manage capital expenditure projects related to process improvements.
- Present reports on performance and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Research and adopt new manufacturing technologies.
