Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum six years in industrial engineering with a focus on efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of production processes and plant layouts to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop strategies for process optimization, waste reduction and cost control.
• Design new production systems and layouts to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Analyze production data to track performance and support decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects and SOPs.
