Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience with facility layout focus.
• Proven expertise in CAD and simulation tools (AutoCAD, FlexSim, Arena).
• Strong lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ergonomic principles.
• Experience leading complex facility design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and re-design of manufacturing and warehouse layouts to optimize material flow and space.
• Develop facility layout concepts using CAD and simulation tools.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments to improve worker safety and comfort.
• Apply lean principles to remove waste and improve workflow.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and safety to define requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for facility design projects.
• Oversee implementation of new layouts with minimal disruption.
• Analyze current facility performance and identify improvements.
• Stay current with best practices in facility design and lean manufacturing.
