Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on facility design and layout.
• Proficient in CAD, process simulation tools, and layout planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and layout of new manufacturing facilities and the reconfiguration of existing spaces.
• Develop material flow analysis and material handling system designs.
• Utilize CAD and simulation software to model and optimize facility layouts for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and construction teams throughout the facility design and implementation process.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
