Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering with facility planning focus.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material handling.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the strategic planning and design of industrial facilities, including layout, material flow, and workstation design.
