Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Strong knowledge of material handling, ergonomics, safety, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize facility layouts to improve material flow and space utilization.
• Analyze operational needs and translate into effective facility designs.
• Use CAD and 3D modeling tools for layout development and visualization.
• Run simulation studies to evaluate layout performance and issues.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and safety teams to meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration in designs.
• Prepare project plans, budgets and timelines for layout projects.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental and building codes.
• Recommend improvements to existing facilities for efficiency and safety.
• Prepare reports and presentations on design proposals and progress.
