Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, and material handling systems.
• Experience with simulation software for facility modeling and throughput analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and optimization of manufacturing facilities and production layouts.
• Analyze material flow, space utilization, and processes to identify improvements.
• Develop conceptual designs and detailed layouts for new facilities or modifications.
• Perform site selection analyses and feasibility studies for capital projects.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, safety, and external consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards.
• Develop justifications and business cases for facility expenditures.
• Implement lean principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
