Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives in a remote-first organization. You will align HR programs with business goals, influence leadership, and drive talent, engagement, and organizational development across functions.

This role requires 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years as a Business Partner, experience with remote teams, HRIS proficiency, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge across HR facets: employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development within a remote setting.
• Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring equitable application across a distributed workforce.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive culture for all employees, regardless of location.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., L&D, Comp & Ben) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Facilitate organizational change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout.
• Advise on legal compliance and risk mitigation related to HR practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRPL) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
• Proven experience supporting remote or distributed teams and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
• Strong understanding of all facets of HR, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
