Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on specialist functions.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and South African labor law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, suited for remote interaction.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools.
