Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to support operations in the Kimberley region, driving Health, Safety and Environmental performance across Oil & Gas activities. You will guide policy development, audits and training, promoting a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OHS or related field and at least 6 years in HSE, with ISO 45001/14001 expertise and incident investigation experience. A proactive communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
