Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a senior HR leader to shape transformational strategy across a global business. You will lead the HR function in a matrixed structure, partnering with COE leadership to deliver integrated HR solutions and actionable plans aligned to the company mission.

You will drive large-scale change, foster AI fluency, and guide talent planning, governance, and policy development while building strong relationships with stakeholders to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires 10-15 years of expert-level HR and business leadership experience
• 3-6 years managing people and resources to achieve strategic business outcomes
• Strong understanding of operations, dynamics, and regulatory environments
• Ability to apply AI responsibly to solve business challenges
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies by aligning objectives with organisational goals
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives and embed an AI Fluency culture
• Build trusted relationships and act as a business partner across functions
• Develop and execute HR strategies, budgets, and workforce plans
• Enhance capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, and succession planning
• Provide expert HR advice to support transformation decisions
• Leverage HR data and AI tools for engagement and service optimisation
• Develop HR policies and data management processes ensuring compliance
