• 10-15 years expert-level HR and business leadership experience, with 3-6 years managing people and resources.
• Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Experience applying AI responsibly to solve business challenges in HR.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and presentation.
• Expertise in organisational design, change management, and fostering an adaptive culture.
• Experience using HR analytics, systems, and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• + Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies by aligning departmental objectives with organisational goals and inspiring high performance.
• + Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, embedding an AI Fluency culture through change management, training, and governance.
• + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
• + Develop and execute functional strategies, business plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets.
• + Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• + Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation.
• + Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights.
• + Lead development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and data management processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
