• Master's Degree or Equivalent Degree.
• 10-15 years of expert-level HR and business leadership experience.
• 3-6 years managing people and resources to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Experience applying AI responsibly to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies by aligning departmental objectives with organisational goals and inspiring high performance.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, embedding an AI Fluency culture through change management, training, and governance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
• Develop and execute functional strategies, business plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets.
• Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation.
• Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights.
