Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies aligned with objectives.
Drive large-scale transformation and embed an AI Fluency culture via change management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted business partner.
Develop and execute HR strategies, budgets, workforce plans, and targets.
Strengthen capability through talent gap analysis, coaching, succession planning.
Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement for decisions.
Leverage HR data, analytics and AI tools to improve engagement and insights.
Lead development and implementation of HR policies, data management and compliance.
