Qualifications

• 10–15 years of expert-level HR and business leadership experience.
• 3–6 years managing people and resources to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Ability to apply AI responsibly to solve business challenges.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and presentation.
• Experience using HR analytics, systems, and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and drive high performance.
• Orchestrate large-scale transformation initiatives with an AI Fluency culture through change management and governance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
• Develop and execute functional HR plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets.
• Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation.
• Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights.
• Lead development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and data management processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
