The role provides cross-functional governance and delivers measurable value through adoption, risk management and benefits tracking across HR, IM, Finance, Legal and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 12 years relevant experience in project, programme or portfolio management, preferably in HR transformation or HRIS.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and change adoption skills.
• Proven ability to deliver value realisation across large workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, mobilisation and delivery of HR projects and programmes.
• Establish governance, templates and reporting routines.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with HR, Finance, Legal and vendors.
