Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing HR budgets and HRIS implementations.
