Job summary

Luxury Jewellery Brand in Cape Town seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR initiatives, spanning recruitment, policy creation, payroll, and staff management. The role optimises HR operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with business heads to maximise human capital.

You will oversee industrial relations, performance management, mentoring, and compliance with WSP/EEP and company procedures. A strong service/retail HR background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR generalist experience, including managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management is required.
• Relevant tertiary HR qualification required.
• Experience in a service or retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job analysis and selection tools.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Manage payroll processes and HR administration.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to the HR Officer.
• Lead performance planning and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate industrial relations and liaise with CCMA as needed.
• Ensure WSP and EEP planning and reporting.
