Job summary

Lumina Personnel seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function across its retail stores in Cape Town. The role covers recruitment, performance planning (KPIs), training, policy development, and employee relations within a luxury fashion environment.

You will partner with business heads to drive strategic human capital management, ensure compliance, and optimize HR operations while guiding the HR team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Experience in the retail, manufacturing, and design of luxury fine jewelry is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment advertising budgets.
• Manage and resolve staff overpayments efficiently.
• Implement IR policies and strategies to maintain labour stability and a productive workforce.
• Provide expert HR counsel on grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Attend investigatory meetings and disciplinary hearings to ensure policy compliance.
• Coach and guide managers on performance management, constructive feedback, and handling poor performance.

A distinguished provider of retail, manufacturing, and design of luxury fine jewelry and fashion accessories is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function across their retail stores. The Human Resources Manager provides functional leadership to optimize HR operational delivery, compliance, and department effectiveness. This role partners with business heads to drive strategic human capital management, overseeing recruitment, performance planning (KPIs), training, policy development, and employee relations

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
