Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Industrial Psychology is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, BBBEE).
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
