Job summary

Candidates should have 8+ years in HR/IR, a minimum NQF Level 6 qualification, and proficiency with HRIS such as SQube, Payspace and BCX.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in HR Management, Labour Law or related field.
• 8+ years experience in a similar HR/IR role.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SQube, Payspace and BCX HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, grievances, disputes and disciplinary hearings.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies and procedures.
• Assist management and employees with HR/IR matters and absenteeism management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and employee inductions.
• Conduct/assist with incident investigations.
• Provide HR-related training and support.
• Compile monthly HR/IR reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support the HR Manager with general HR functions.
