Durbanville Classifieds is seeking an experienced HR Officer in Durbanville to lead bulk recruitment, training coordination and employee relations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, onboarding, and maintain essential HR records and reports.

Standard office hours apply, with occasional after-hours support in a 24/7 operations environment. A Diploma or Degree in HR and at least five years’ generalist experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management, industrial psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience.
• Proven experience in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in training coordination and labour relations.
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Seeking a professional, welcoming and well-organised individual with strong reception and administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume campaigns.
• Conduct screening and interviews, coordinate onboarding and induction.
• Coordinate training programmes, providers, records and reporting.
• Compile and monitor the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and ATR.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, correspondence and HR reports.
• Support disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
• Assist with CCMA case preparation.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and monitor HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
