Job summary

Placements24 in Tembisa, Gauteng, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support a full spectrum of HR functions. You will advise on employee relations, policies, and compliance with SA labour law.

You will lead recruitment, administer performance management, training, and HR programs while maintaining accurate HRIS records and assisting payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of South African labour legislation.
