Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in automotive engine tuning and calibration.
• Deep knowledge of ECUs, fuel injection, ignition timing and forced induction.
• Proficiency with tuning software (EcuTek/HP Tuners/VCM Suite) and data logging.
• Experience with dyno testing and real-world validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design ECU remapping and performance tuning across vehicle platforms.
• Conduct dyno and road testing to optimize engine performance and drivability.
• Analyze data with advanced DAQ systems to drive calibration decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex engine issues and optimize power delivery.
• Develop new tuning techniques and calibration strategies for emerging tech.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to integrate hardware mods.
• Document tuning procedures, maps, and test results thoroughly.
