Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with automotive specialization.
7+ years in automotive performance engineering with leadership experience.
Experience with engine tuning software, data acquisition systems, and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and testing of vehicle performance systems (engine calibration, suspension tuning, aerodynamics).
Oversee on-track/on-road testing and analyze data to optimize performance metrics.
Manage and mentor a team of performance engineers.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and marketing to meet performance targets.
Develop and implement new methodologies/technologies for performance improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
