Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with automated haematology analysers (Sysmex, Beckman Coulter).
• Proficiency in manual differential counts and morphology.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and accreditation standards.
• Leadership and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Perform and supervise complex haematological tests including CBCs, coagulation studies, ESR, and peripheral blood smear analyses.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot haematology analysers and equipment.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure accurate results.
• Interpret complex results and communicate findings to clinicians.
• Provide technical guidance to junior scientists and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and accreditation requirements.
