You will manage significant ad budgets, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize performance and scale results across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Proven expertise with large-scale paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics and data visualization.
• Experience with bid management, ad verification tools, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns with large budgets to hit KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce campaign assets and insights.
