The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in FP&A, strong modeling and forecasting expertise, and proficiency with Hyperion, Anaplan, and Excel. Banking/finance experience is preferred, with ability to mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Hyperion, Anaplan, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and strategic models.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identifying drivers and variances.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives.
• Provide financial analysis for new initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements with business unit leaders.
• Improve FP&A processes and tooling for efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor junior FP&A team members.
