Placements24 seeks a Senior Production Supervisor for an FMCG facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will oversee daily production, lead operators and line leaders, and ensure targets, quality standards and safety regulations are consistently met.

As a hands-on leader you will drive lean initiatives, coordinate with maintenance, engineering and QA, review performance, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day production operations across assigned areas.
• Lead, train and motivate operators and line leaders to meet goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety policies.
