The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of category or brand management experience in FMCG, strong analytical skills and a track record of growing categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA preferred for seniority.
• 5–7 years in category or brand management in FMCG.
• Proven success growing FMCG categories.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, share and profitability.
• Analyze market data, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product assortment, pricing and promotions within the category.
• Collaborate with sales to implement category plans with retail partners.
• Work with marketing on brand positioning and campaigns.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock and availability.
• Report category performance to senior management and propose improvements.
• Identify opportunities for new products and innovations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in category management.
