Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic category plans to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
• Manage assortment planning, product selection, and supplier negotiations.
• Analyze category performance data, market trends and consumer insights.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and margin.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Merchandising; manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory management and minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
• Partner with marketing to execute in-store and online campaigns.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Present performance reviews and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
