Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in commercial fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and safety/compliance standards.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control in fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fleet management plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage procurement, leasing, and disposal of fleet vehicles to optimize fleet size.
• Implement and enforce safety policies to ensure driver and vehicle safety.

• Manage relationships with vehicle suppliers and maintenance providers.
• Develop and manage the fleet budget to maximize ROI.
