Qualifications

• MBA or CFA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance/Economics.
• 7+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, or management consulting with a financial focus.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, strategic financial planning, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy consulting engagements from inception to completion.
• Develop and analyze complex financial models, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Formulate strategic financial plans to support client growth and profitability objectives.
• Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in financial analysis and consulting best practices.
• Stay abreast of financial markets, regulatory changes, and economic trends.
