- Advise on digital transformation, including fintech integration and customer experience.
- Lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Develop business cases for new products and market expansions.
- Manage client relationships and lead project teams to success.
- Lead strategic workshops with senior management and boards.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership in financial services consulting.
