Job summary

Amicorp Group in Cape Town seeks an experienced finance leader responsible for end-to-end financial control and compliance within the offices of the group. You will review management accounts to understand profitability drivers, ensure accrual-based revenue and cost recognition, and drive working capital management to reduce WIP and accounts receivable.

You will oversee IFRS compliance, month-end close, statutory reporting, and liaison with external auditors, while leading office productivity,

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, business administration, finance or similar specialization; CPA/CA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review adequacy and operation of internal financial controls across all finance activities.
• Review Management Accounts to understand profitability drivers and necessary actions.
• Lead Working Capital Management to reduce WIP and Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and timely delivery of consolidated accounts and statutory reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process.
• Drive office productivity, invoicing and cash management.
